Before Candor I worked as a claims adjuster for a public adjuster in Florida, on the policyholder's side of hurricane claims. I documented damaged homes and built the file that got a claim paid. The lesson stuck: if it isn't documented, it didn't happen, and the other side is always looking for the gap.
Law firms now use AI every day, and courts, clients and malpractice carriers are starting to ask how.
